Why is clothing so important in building a sustainable culture?
Our clothing indicates who we are as individuals and as a society. In fact, some anthropologists refer to clothing as “social skin.” Faced with the alarming face of climate change, the threat that has faced , it is worth asking: what sense do we want to give, or should we give, to clothing, if what we are looking for is a sustainable society?
